Nikki Wilson

Founder

Hello, and thank you for your interest in Resourcefully.  It’s the umbrella for the work I’ve been undertaking since 2012 bringing together my experience and interests in a portfolio of projects focused on driving positive change in social purpose organisations.

I combine strategic and operational management skills with a passion for facilitating collaboration and learning.  This is built on the foundations of my professional background as a Chartered Accountant from which I have progressed across a range of roles, largely working in and with charities, social enterprises and small businesses.  I have developed a specialism in funding social change, working across multiple functions in grant making and social investment.

My experience includes:

*Facilitation, peer support programmes and action learning
*Project/ Programme Implementation and versatile interim support to Senior Teams and Boards
*Strategic review, action planning and mentoring

When I’m not working, I veer from being an avid participant in classes at the gym, and a love of a great novel, TV drama or film, and time with family, friends and pets!
